Where is my WISE MIND?

When we feel out of control, we feel detached from our calm and wise minds. When we look back on our destructive behaviors, it can seem impossible to access our more thoughtful selves. The WISE MIND skill helps teach us to have an awareness of our emotional mind vs. our reasonable mind and find the middle ground between the two states.
